Delivery

At The Landskein, every order is prepared with care and dispatched from Dublin. We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide delivery via DHL, with most orders arriving within 3 working days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

International duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will love your Landskein piece. Should you wish to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your return, the item should be sent back to us within the following 14 days.

Items may be carefully tried on and should be returned in their original condition, with all labels attached.

• Refunds are processed promptly once the returned item has been received and inspected
• Please allow 2–3 business days for funds to appear, depending on your card provider
• We recommend using a secure, tracked postal or courier service for all returns
• Return shipping costs and any applicable return duties for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer
• We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit

After the 14-day refund period, we are happy to accept eligible items for a credit note up to 40 days from receipt.

Credit notes are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and are subject to stock availability.

Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate an exchange within 28 days of receipt, once the original piece has been safely returned and inspected.

All items should be returned in their original condition with labels intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
