These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of The Landskein website and to purchases made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by The Landskein. Submission of an order does not oblige us to accept or fulfil that order.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline, cancel or not fulfil an order, including where an item is unavailable, there has been an error in pricing or product information, we are unable to complete the order, or we have reasonable concerns regarding the order or transaction.

We may also limit quantities purchased by an individual customer or decline orders that we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorised resale or other commercial purposes.

Where we decide not to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

Many of our pieces are produced in very limited quantities and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Prices & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are in euro unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices and product information are accurate. If we discover an obvious error relating to an order, we reserve the right to correct it and will contact you where the error affects an order already placed.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched from Dublin within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

We offer complimentary worldwide delivery on purchases.

Where The Landskein states that duties and taxes are included for a particular destination or order, no additional import charge should be payable by the customer. Any exceptions will be communicated where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your Landskein piece. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

After the 14-day refund period, eligible items may be returned for a credit note up to 40 days from receipt.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping and any associated return duties or charges, unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise. We strongly recommend using a secure, tracked service.

Nothing in our returns policy limits your statutory rights.

Exchanges

Where possible, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for another size or style, subject to availability.

As our collections are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that a replacement size or style will be available.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Pieces

Certain pieces may be offered on a made-to-order or pre-order basis.

The estimated lead time will be stated on the relevant product page or communicated to you before purchase. Lead times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to the specialist nature of our production.

Any specific terms applying to a made-to-order or personalised item will be clearly communicated before the order is confirmed.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Products & Colour

We make every effort to describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as possible.

Our collections use natural fibres and traditionally woven textiles. Small variations in weave, texture, colour and finish can occur and are part of the individual character of these fabrics.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, device and display settings.

Measurements provided on product pages are intended as a guide. If you require assistance with sizing, please contact us before ordering.

Limited Edition Collections

The Landskein works with specialist mills and makers and produces its collections in limited numbers.

Availability shown on the website may therefore change quickly, and we cannot guarantee that a sold-out piece can be reproduced or restocked.

Where possible, our team will be happy to assist in locating an unavailable piece through one of our select stockists.

Private Showroom Appointments

Private showroom appointments are offered by prior arrangement at our studio in Dún Laoghaire, County Dublin.

Appointment availability varies throughout the season. Once an appointment is confirmed, we will provide the full studio address and visiting information.

Intellectual Property

All content on The Landskein website, including our name, branding, designs, photographs, imagery, text, graphics and other original material, belongs to or is licensed to The Landskein / Unfold Studio Limited, unless otherwise stated.

This content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used without our prior written permission.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful personal purposes only.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious software, scrape or systematically extract its content, or use our intellectual property without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or other operational reasons.

Third-Party Services

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products.

Our website may also contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use and protect personal information.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Landskein will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when a contract between us was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or legal requirements.

The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

If you are a consumer resident in another country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
