Delivery

At The Landskein, every order is prepared with care and dispatched from Dublin. We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide delivery via DHL. Most deliveries arrive within 3 days. You will receive a Tracking link as soon as we dispatch order. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival.  If duties need to be paid, DHL will contact you by text message within 24 hours of dispatch from our studio. Usually a payment link will be sent to you. The Landskein do not cover the cost of Duties and Taxes.

Returns & Refunds

As our collections are produced in limited runs, we are unable to offer complimentary returns.

However, if for any reason you need to return a piece:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days for a full refund

• The piece must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with all labels attached

• Refunds are issued immediately on receipt of the returned item

• Funds may take 2–3 business days to appear depending on your card provider

• For secure returns, we recommend using a tracked postal or courier service

• Return shipping costs and any return duties are the responsibility of the customer

• We are not liable for returns lost in transit

After 14 days, items may be returned in exchange for a credit note within 40 days of receipt.

Credit notes are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and subject to stock availability.

Exchanges

We will gladly facilitate an exchange within 28 days, once the original piece has been safely returned and inspected.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.All labels must be intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

We will guide you through each step to ensure your piece returns safely to us.
