Each client is allotted one hour for a personalized experience. The Studio Showroom is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and select weekend appointments are available. It is closed during Paris & New York Fashion Weeks, National Holidays, and July. 

Delivery and Returns: Orders are dispatched from Dublin on the same day. We offer complimentary worldwide delivery on all orders. Returns are accepted within 14 days for a full refund, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. For secure returns, we recommend that you use a tracked service. After 14 days, items may be returned in exchange for a credit note within 40 days.
